On the left our Vorderhaus (the townhouse at the front of the Wollgarnfabrik). Below right is Kadiner Str. 11, recently renovated and listed on the historical register.

The Kadiner Straße is about two blocks in length. It connects the Hildegard-Jadamowitz-Straße (Jadamowitz was an x-ray technician and Communist resistance fighter in WWII; the street was named after her in 1957) with the Grünberger Straße.

This landmark building was built in 1905 and recently restored; photo by Gryffindor. The street is home to airline pilots, translators, families, singles, and seniors, not to mention the offices of doctors, modern-day x-ray technicians, dentists, and event planners. Around the corner we have small bake shops, a Vietnamese grocer, a wine shop, drugstore, drycleaner, Sushi restaurant and florist.
