The spacious loft, with full bath and kitchen and hardwood floors, is in a renovated Wollgarnfabrik with brick Jugendstil facade that was built around the turn of the century and then converted to loft apartments in 2005. We are close to Ostbahnhof train station and Alexanderplatz.
The rental fee (€75/night for 1-2 guests, min. 2 nights) includes linens, towels, cleaning, mobile phone, and high-speed Internet connection; there are no other fees or taxes. Off-street parking available.
