The spacious loft, with full bath and kitchen and hardwood floors, is in a renovated Wollgarnfabrik with a Jugendstil brick facade that was built around the turn of the century and then converted to spacious loft apartments in 2005. The sleeping area is screened off from the rest of the space by a partial dividing wall. We are close to Ostbahnhof train station, the East Side Gallery, and Alexanderplatz.

The rental fee (EUR 75/night for 1—2 guests) includes linens, towels, cleaning, mobile phone, and high-speed Internet connection; there are no other fees or taxes. The loft is available for stays from 2 to 14 nights; parking is also available.
The apartment is quiet and enjoys bright morning sunshine. Your hosts, Kevin Pfeiffer and Isabel Wünsche, live in the same building and will do their best to ensure that you enjoy your stay in Berlin.

Please note that we do not usually provide breakfast as there are several bake shops and cafés in the vicinity. House pets are not allowed in the guest apartment and smoking is only permitted outside on the loggia.
